The newest ruling of the Kansas Supreme Court, written by Justice Carol Beier, validates our Kansans For Life-Political Action Committee’s ‘Fire Beier’ initiative and our opposition to re-electing Steve Six as Attorney General.
Efforts to prosecute abortion crimes in Kansas (begun when Phill Kline was AG) have been held hostage for seven years by the state Supreme Court. Periodically the Court has freed the litigation, but only after hog-tying it with special instructions, accompanied by long anti-Kline diatribes by Justice Carol Beier.
This was the case Friday, with the Court’s long-overdue release of the 107-count criminal case against Planned Parenthood, sending it back to court in Johnson County, Kansas.
The abortion industry has no better ally than Justice Beier, who penned all three rulings (2006, 2008, 2010) in lawsuits that Planned Parenthood had filed to insure that abortion businesses remain above investigation and prosecution. During these years, the Court
- launched a professional ethics inquiry into Kline, after their secret tribunal against him was fruitless;
- “over-reached” (by their own admission) when joining AG Six’s restriction on record-custodian, Judge Anderson;
- helped 2 AGs (Paul Morrison and Steve Six) evade their specific statutory duties to fight abortion business fraud.
In Friday’s overly-lengthy ruling, Justice Beier– relying on the legal claims of PP– prohibits original KDHE reports from being brought into the courtroom to compare with the allegedly forged PP copies.
And while she couldn’t avoid allowing KDHE and Judge Anderson to testify, she has delayed the ruling long enough to allow another election season for Democrats to mischaracterize Kline’s actions as anti-privacy and to vilify any candidate running on a pro-life, anti-fraud platform.
Justice delayed is justice denied. After Kline’s term, the office of the Attorney General “threw” the prosecution against late-term abortionist collusion in Wichita and acted aggressively to exonerate Planned Parenthood and reclaim evidence of forged records.
The people of Kansas who are disgusted with the pro-abortion contortions of the state Supreme Court and the office of Attorney General should voice their opinions at the ballot box.
The KFL-PAC urges you to vote NOT TO RETAIN Justices Carol Beier, Dan Biles, Marla Luckert and Lawton Nuss, and VOTE FOR Derek Schmidt to replace AG Six!
